They were then checked for like items and appended together using the mapjoin command to keep coding and topology.  The coverage was checked for labelerrors and cleaned at the town boundary lines for unifomity.
Outagamie County updated the dataset by cross referencing and adjusting to match local municipal future land use plans.</PRE>
